My 4x2+1, 857m2, L-shaped house is in Woodlands, one street off Hale Road. We both are engineers, Asian, middle age. I work full time in the city. He does 8/6 FIFO in a mine site in North. Our son has moved to Mel, so we decided to rent the spare rooms to students. We occupy the North wing, leaving the three bedrooms in East wing to tenants (mainly for homestay students).

Woodlands is a small but very nice suburb, and in a very handy location. Bus no. 998/999 to UWA and no. 84 to City are all within 8 mins walking distance.

It is an 60s house, modest but solid and with a sense of openness. We try our best to keep it neat and organised as much as possible. It will suit students who are tidy and focused on study, or whom prefer a peaceful and organised lifestyle.
