My 4x2+1, 857m2, L-shaped house is in Woodlands, one street off Hale Road, opposite to Churchlands Senior High. We are both engineers, Asian, middle age. I work full time in the city. Woodlands is a small but very nice suburb, and in a very handy location. Bus no. 998/999 to UWA and no. 84 to City are all within 8 mins walking distance.

It is an old house, but solid and designed with a sense of openness. It is kept neat and organised all the time. It will suit students who are tidy and focused on study, might not particularly suitable to those who are seeking a party vibe and a busy social life.
