Our 4x2+1, 857m2, L-shape house is located in Woodlands, one street off Hale Road, opposite to Churchlands Senior High. We are both engineers, Asian, middle age. I work full time in the city. He FIFO at 8/6 rotation to a mine site in North. Our son has moved to East Coast, so we decided to use the spare rooms to homestay students. We occupy the living space in the North wing, leaving the three bedrooms in East wing to students.

Woodlands is a small but nice suburb, and in a very handy location. We have but 998/999 to UWA and bus 84 to City nearby our house, 8 and 3 mins walking distance respectively only.

The house was built in 1960s, solid and modest. We try to keep it neat and clean, and also require the students to do so with the house. The house suits the students who is tidy and focused on study, not particularly suitable to someone who like party and socializing very often.
