Hi we live in a lovely suburb within walking distance to Curtin Uni/College and Waterford Plaza shopping centre. The uni also provides a free courtesy bus, which stops right outside our front door. Canning College and Bentley TAFE are only a short bus trip down the road, along with major shopping centres and the city.

We currently have a rooms available, which have all just been renovated.

Our rooms are single occupancy only, we do not accept families or couples.

Breakfast is self serve and dinner is cooked meal.

We have been hosting international students for 15 years, most students being long term.

Police clearances and Working with children clearances can be provided.
