Hi , I am Fahim from Bangladesh, currently doing my Masters of Information Technology at UWA.
Been living in cockburn for the last month (with a n Australian female 26) whom I found through homestay network. I would like to take the opportunity to inform you that, I have been living in all female house as a result I know the ground rules and boundaries , I am a highly respectful person and who is willing to stay at his room at a certain time for my housemates comfort and expect the same.
I am more of an alone time and self care guy who needs a quiet place to study as my degree needs 100% focus to get good grades. I don’t drink or party, I love spending time with my study, reading books and going to gym and listening to music with my IEM.
I really like the location of the room and am highly interested in an inspection if you could accommodate one.
I like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy even have a video of the house that I am living now if you are interested to see.
